We used Jim's a few months ago and had quite an experience. They showed late up not knowing they had 2 full storage sheds, tried to call for addtl help and the owner wouldn't answer. Took multiple breaks adding up to more than an hour that I wasnt aware I had to pay for. The cops showed up at my house wanting to talk to one of the movers and then they gave me a discount for helping so much, which the owner called 2 days later to collect. I refused and he took me to court to collect it. Will never use nor recommend them again!! Reply: I did in fact have police show up at my home. I can pull video if you would like. Honestly I think your guys just lied about the day and in the end I paid for it. Oh well!

John, Mister, & KJ were awesome! I can't say enough good stuff about these guys. They were friendly, funny, & motivated to get the job done. They were fast which in turn saved me a lot of money! I would highly recommend these guys. This was the first time I have ever hired movers, and after this I will never move my own stuff again. Such a great experience.

Outstanding they did a Grade A move for us!!! I would recommended Jim's Moving & Delivery Co to move any of your items. It don't matter if its a small load or a large load they will have you covered. From the receptionist that answered our questions professionally and pleasantly to the movers that moved us and everybody in between that made our move easy on us i just loved it. We went from a 3 bedroom house with 4 levels to a 2 bedroom apartment and we did not have one problem. It was nice to be able to sit back and just tell the movers where everything goes. Give them a try and let them know where you read this from.
