I recently went to the SARPY County DMV for my drivers license renewal. It was standing room only yet all the the employees were polite and took their time assisting customers. I particularly want to thank Matthew for helping me renew my license. I had an issue and it looked like I was going to have go back in a few days but Matthew spoke with a supervisor and took care of it instantly. He then thanked me for being polite and patient. They have a tough job and deal with very angry and unpleasant people at times. I am grateful that Matthew was so kind and helpful in spite of that. MANY THANKS.

The short tan lady handing out numbers was so rude. She had the worst attitude. You can clearly tell she hates her job and the people who come in. She asked me what I needed done and i told her i came from out of state and needed a new license and when I gave her my mail she said she couldn't accept it because I was navy fed. I told her this is all I have. She then started listing off a bunch of bills like water, electricity, and gas and I explained everything for the house has my boyfriend's name. She rolled her eyes and scoffed. She then asked if I had anything else in my name and I pulled up an invoice from an online purchase. When I showed her she gave me a dirty look and sucked her teeth and said "how do you expect us to give you a new ID with someone else's name because you're not Cody." I told her my first name is Cody and she rolled her eyes and said "well how am I supposed to know that?" I clapped back and said "if you chilled out about the mail and weren't rude and actually looked at the mail I handed you and looked at my ID you would know." Seemed to chill out after that.

I took a driving test here twice. Both times I failed because i got critical points deducted on a minor thing(going 3 mph above the speed limit after turning from a main street to a neighborhood backstreet while trying to slow down). Same instructor passed a kid even though he was speeding in the parking lot.

Should be able to get it renewed anytime. Office is open until 4pm Monday thru Friday.
This office is specifically for driver licenses and IDs. Registrations are updated by the county treasurer in the county where you reside. You would need to go to a treasurer's office in your county. See locations on our website: https://dmv.nebraska.gov/locations
Waited outside an hour n a half before we gt inside. In total it was a 2 hour visit.
Nope
There is no age at which older drivers are required to take; however, any driver of any age could be asked to complete the driving part of the test during the renewal process.
Yes you do. Just found out last week LOL. Don't make the same mistake we did. And good luck.

If have a POP for one year and have less than 3 points on your driving record during that time, testing should be waived. You can check your eligibility by applying for a Class O license online.
How early can go to get the replacement for turning 21 or must wait until the day of?
You can request one online or at the DMV.

No, but you will wait in line for a while outdoors. I was there a few weeks ago and they're keeping the line of people waiting outside.
If you already have a learner's permit then you have already done the written test to get it and only need to do behind the wheel to get your driver's licenses
I would call them to make sure. A guy in line in front of me stood there for over an hour to find out in the end he was at the wrong building. Make an appointment when you call too, it will save you hours from standing in the direct sun.
Yes.
