Only 2 receptionist. But this is the best veteranarian office i have ever used.
There are only 2 receptionist at the desk who are responsible for answering calls, making appointments and checking in and out patients. They do get busy.
Depending on the time that you call. Most the time I call between 10 - 12 they're not so busy then.
Also they have a joint line then u are redirected to the right hospital . Call after 10 am they aren't so busy then.
