I believe that only the water is shut off, and electric is still available. There is a box by the entrance that is an honor system. You pay and put it in there with envelopes provided.

The month of October and March 15th through April 15th the electric is on, water is off. You pay 10 dollars per night for any site. There is a box out front of the booth to pay .

Some of the sites do still have electric durring the winter kinda hit or miss in the area with trees, not sure about by the boat ramp but I guess it is the same as there were a couple of campers there this weekend

if they are not there they have posted times for winter hours and yes they do have a honor system but if you want electric you have to pay for it when they are their I belive it has to be turned on in office

They do shut the electric off during the winter, but I am not sure when. My parents had to use their generator when they got there in March this year.
