Why don't you just make your rates available online?
Yes the have nightly weekly and monthly rates.
Monthly is subject to availability, summertime is a very busy time for RV parks. I know there are no permanent residents. They accommodate contractors and business Guests who may need to be in the area for awhile.
Pretty sure they do.
