They take very good care of the park. A park ranger is on duty and lives on the property. They make sure people clean up their trash. There are picnic tables at all the camp sites. As well as in other areas such as the main fishing lake Rocky Fork. Which is full of nice sized crappy that are hitting very well at this time.

Yes the electric camp sites have picnic tables. Ours was decently nice, not all broke or dilapidated.
