No fees, but please be aware that means no regulations on who can come and go - there might be unvaccinated or aggressive pups (and owners lol) so just be on guard, though I've had few problems and i love it there.
Its free, but check the website at the rainout section to make sure its open. They will show you a list of all the parks green is open red is closed. Have made drive in past on beautiful sunny day only to have it closed because of rain the day before.

Free. Great park, I hike my dogs there and never had an issue.
All free..l fresh water provided..lake..shaded seating for humans...A lot use this park..it's big enough to accommodate quite a few ate a time. Diving dock at least 4 entrances ..agility..glorified Johnny on the spot
