This is the best off leash area that I have encountered since moving to the Portland area earlier this year. The area occupies the southern edge of Mt. Tabor Park and has tree coverage with a short path that loops along the edge. Everyone was very friendly and dogs were playful. My pup enjoyed her socializing and running and left with a big smile.

Beautiful Mt Tabor, so beautiful out here beautiful view of downtown Portland beautiful view of Mt Hood. Great place to ride your bike. Great place to go jogging. There is a basketball court, there is a playground for the little ones, A great place to bring your dog for a walk. It’s beautiful. Do you part and keep places like this green and clean and beautiful. ✌️❤️

Nice huge dog park that’s easy to get to. There are two spots for water and a nice easy trail that goes a good distance back.

This amazing park has a small hike to walk with your dog and a huge slope. My dog gets tuckered out running laps and exploring every visit. There are always plenty of dogs, good people, trash cans water, bathrooms up the hill, a watering hole, and sometimes even live music!

Mt Tabor off leash dog park is awesome. And really big
Yes, but it is also fairly large and spread over a big area with steep hills. If a dog ran up some of those hills, they could get to the road and rest of the park.
I would call it 3/4 fenced. There are areas where there are breaks in the fence. If you don't have a pup with good recall I would be extra vigilant here.
