There are two types of parking. For $25 a day you can park in the lot where you catch the ferry. For $5 a day you can drive down the road and park in a lot and a shuttle will bring you back. I'm not sure about the valet. The $5 a night parking was perfect for us. You pull up right to the ferry and unload your luggage and bikes. They are tagged and put on the boat for you. You park your car get the shuttle back and get in line for the ferry. Pay for all parking inside the office.
Yes there is valet. I was there at the end of May and used it. Drive up to the ticket sales building and tell them you want Valet. They will have you pull forward and park to unload. I believe it was $40.
Most hotels have shuttles that take you there just leave your car at hotel

No valet parking, but if you have to park a distance away, there is a shuttle that'll take you to the ferry and back to the area in which you parked.
