Very nice family owned campground. It is conveniently located right on lake Huron and close to the city. The family that owns this campground is very nice and very helpful.

Owner, Matt, could not have been nicer. Their was a hiccup with our site, which all got straightened out. It is the greatest family campground. We really enjoyed watching all the kids playing at the beach. Matt called the free shuttle for us and had discounted tickets for the ferry. He even told us his favorite breakfast place and it was phenomenal. Quiet at night, slept like babies.

There was when we were there, weak signal though through the sites. Best in the early morning sitting at the beach watching the sun come up. Love TeePee!
Yes they are dog friendly. We had our two Mini Aussies with us.
Always call in advance.. They book up very quickly and you may or may not get a spot depending on the time of year
Went their a few weeks ago. No trolley. But there is a free shuttle that will take you to the pier for the ferry. That is right down town.

See if you can get a tent site closest to the water. Those are great for the view, but also a lot of for traffic since the playground/ beach is there.
We got there by 1pm or so and they had a spot for us. Even changed spot closer to water

It'd be a bit of a walk. Tee Pee Campground is south of Mackinaw City. So you would have to walk through the city to get to the bridge. I'm guessing a couple miles at least.
I would check, I think if it is available 11AM. I don't think they are are very strict about it. Please check
One is check-in I believe... you can always call and ask. That is what we did.

Yes call and talk to Matt or Jo. The beach area is nice but depending on the time of year. The beach crowd could be an issue.
