Yes. Since the opening I've got the slowest service every time. It is a gloomy looking remodel that must be depressing the service. Coffee and a burger no bun was impossible for them to understand and took 4ever. I liked it before went and sat. Now it is sterile like prison gray and sick green. Not inviting at all. FORGET IT. I'll give it time before I go back. Parkway Mc's is better but I'm going elsewhere for awhile.
