You know, I used to genuinely love this Taco Bell location out of the three in GP, but now this is the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve EVER had (check out my Instagram for more Taco Bell reviews: @tacobellratings). My burritos were lazily wrapped, the staff was horrible, my quesadilla wasn’t even cut. Not to mention they made everything sloppily and never gave napkins. So never the hell again.

Do not eat here. Ordered at the kiosk for to go. Employee argued with me insisting that I didn’t order a large drink when I am very much capable of hitting the upgrade button and paying extra. Lobby was filthy, employees were equally kind of dirty looking. Took fifteen minutes to make a box, when I asked for a bag the employee looked at me and walked away with no response whatsoever. Finally got someone to give me a bag since I’m walking back to my hotel, and she handed me a absolutely comically undersized bag and acted like I was inconveniencing her when I said I needed something my food would actually fit it. I understand there is a labor shortage, but these people are making beginning skilled job site wages to start. They could at least pretend to be sober and friendly. And the food was freakin cold by the time I got it. I would ask for a refund but it would have to be at a different Taco Bell.

Spent forever in line listening to the workers complain about how big our order was (6 items for 3 people. 2 items were tacos) Eventually received our order of course completely wrong. 2 items correct, 2 others not what we ordered and of course no tacos. Good reminder to never eat fast food in GP.

I never thought I’d leave a Taco Bell review, but who ever the idiot franchise order of this place is doesn’t deserve to own a business. I was told I need to order from the kiosk because they don’t have enough people while 5 people are standing around and no one’s in the drive through 🙈
