You could park and camp at the Trail head entrance. But no motorized vehicals on Federal land. But I have seen folks in R.V.s camp out at the trail head.

No, there's a parking area with several camp sites around but no parking at actual camp sites.

Since some campsites are used pretty regularly, available firewood can be hard to find.....how is it here? Also, are there rocks laying around for placing next to the fire? I know the area isn't too rocky, but hoped to find some for cooking, etc.
