There are meters along both Euclid & Ashland Streets. However - if you are anti-meter & don't mind working off the calories you'll be consuming - you can find free street parking about a block away in every direction... Clay Avenue is a favorite of mine. The garage charges pretty much all of the time, unless you're validated by someone in the actual building, but is closer (for anti-exercise folks)!
There is literally a free parking garage across the street. Under the news station bammer. Its a bit hidden but close and free.
Park in the Kroger's garage
The parking garage is more regulated than it used to be. Go to a place with good food instead!

There is really no good place, street parking is best if you can find it on euclid or ashland. But there is a parking garage beside Graeter's
