I don't believe there is a dock there for that purpose. The Aquarium is next to a Coast Guard station, but i wouldn't recommend just pulling up to that.
There is a dock at the Maine State Aquarium where aquarium visitors can fish. If there is room, aquarium visitors can leave a dingy there just for the time period they are at the aquarium. As an alternative, a dingy can be pulled on shore at the boat ramp there.
