Wednesday would be best. We arrived on Thursday October 4th at 6:30pm and waited almost 45min. No complaints though, it was worth the wait. Waitress said that during the summer the wait can be 2 1/2 hours long.
We've been twice on a Friday and didn't wait long at all. The first time it was 8pm and we got seated right away, in one of the prime spots! 2nd time we arrived at 430, and waited 10 minutes, not a prime spot, but you could still see the beautiful views.
Wednesday would be best
I would say a Wednesday. But, if you have to wait for the table. Stop by the bar. Drinks are great and view is fantastic
Thursday's are busier Best to go early Wednesday
