Do you have seating for groups of 10-12

Not really, BUT they will accommodate. A group of us went last mid October and there were 12 of us. They sat us in 2 separate long tables, but parallel next to each other. They were by the windows, looking at the lake. So it wasn't so bad. Actually, it was nicer that way vs ONE LONG table. We were able to better interact with each other that way, too...

I think they would because when I went there they had eight or nine at one table. But no reservations

They might, but they don't make reservations.
