Not sure in the rules it says that cutlery is provided. Judging by how tough a medium rare ribeye was, you'll need a very sharp knife.

Nothing in the rules to say you can't but if you want to be sure, I'd call and ask. There's a few things they consider common sense that are not in the rules.
