Yes there is semi truck parking located in front of the hotel in the front parking lot.

I use the upstairs garage for parking, however they do have ground parking lots on both sides of the garage. I have not used this parking, so my suggestion would be to call the hotel and ask if you could park something bigger than a truck on the lower parking lots
I didn't see semi truck parking. I park in the Garage.
Plus they have a huge parking lot that only had about 10 cars in it the 2 days that I was there.
