Sounds like whatever McDonald's you go to you need to report it they have a suggestion box or you can go over their head and talk to corporate just know what store and what place and they will take care of it I do it all the time when I get bad stupid service but you have to remember everybody in there is probably under 25 and didn't finish high school so that's their dead end job they don't understand the true meaning of customer service

When we took our order up front inside and when we were ordering he had to keep asking us what we were saying and we were practically yelling
