Id talk to a lawyer. I fell off a stool one time at the Petoskey casino. They were wobbly. Got a Concusion. Laid there in a daze for what felt like forever. My husband finally came and found me laying there. The Indian guy over that part was watching it all happen and didn't come to help. Before I knew it they had a guy there asking me to sign papers. I did! Of course it was saying they weren't responsible for anything. I slept 2 days straight and then had an awful headache. They could have cared less. I should have seen a lawyer and Not signed anything. If you do nothing they won't either. It's not like they are poor!
