Yes they do. In fact I enjoyed a stay there in December with 20 other people. We booked the cabin for December again a couple of days ago. I didn't book it so I can't tell you how much cost but I think I remember $10 -- $12 per person if I'm not mistaken.
Yes, they do have cabins but they are usually booked out about a year in advance.
They have small cabins also but I think only in winter are they rented out .
