Yes, the water levels are still down. You can not rent boats or kayaks at the moment but you can bring your own boat or kayak.
I'm unsure. The last time we were there, the spillway was at the top of the banks.
Lake is dry and you can walk around on the floor of the lake among the cypress roots.
When I was there in March they were not renting any boats to fish. But I'm not sure of the reason.
