Worst place ever, all the staff hate thier jobs and take it out on the detainees. It's dirty, like filthy dirty. Roaches in the food dirty, and the staff doesn't care, they actually laughed when this happened -Ms. Moore said " more protein". She's the worst one. A fat little white girl who's whole personality is based off of Madea the Tyler Perry character, she's the one who controls if your family can send money or visit and she will deny them if she doesn't like a detainee. Would give this place -10 stars.

i am supposed to have a loved one there but cant get any information if he is there or not. was told he made a phone call but noone has heard from him in over a week . Called to inquire and was hung up on.

About 2-3 weeks. The inmate will notify you not the facility.
Send a letter is the only thing You can do. Don't bother to leave messages either. It says that clearly
You have to fill out the paperwork and wait. Make sure you have a copy of your lic or id and any other documents the form asked for. I believe any one on prob or has been on prob within a year will not be approved.

No. The only thing you can take in are coins and debit card. You will leave keys and id at front and know your tag # when you go in. I was told the rules are posted on web site pertain pertaingto this and dress code.

You can go to their website to print off visitation form. Make sure to answer everything. You'll need to copy your id (front and back) and make a copy of your birth certificate. The detainee will need to put you on their list. For the mail, you'll need their bed number and inmate id number. The detainee will be given all information to share with you.
