A lot of it depends on traffic. I have stayed here many times, and I know that sometimes the driver can be headed back to the hotel, and I will have to wait until he drops off, and then returns to the hotel. With traffic, that could take up to 20 minutes.
Not my experience but there is a lot of construction at CVG right now.
