The last 4 or 5 times I have been there they have screwed up my order and they gave us under cooked food. I will not go back there anymore. Service sucks badly...
I think McDonald's is the same way, most often people hire people that are not capable of doing their jobs correctly. I've had to tell many of the people to talk slower and I look on the camera or whatever you call it to see if my order is correct which most often is it is not. With a large long line of people coming through the drive-thru is when they really get it wrong. I have been handed the wrong order many times to which I am tempted to drive off with cuz it's a lot more food than I ordered although I don't do that. If I have to go in to get it right I talk to the management and have the management make my order which in turn it turns out much better and I asked them to make it look exactly like the picture instead of a good-looking hamburger on the picture and you get a squished one LOL and did you know between medium and large fries is only approximately four to five fries difference so I don't order large anymore for my family just medium since it's so close in amount.
I have noticed the turnover as well, that could be the reason causing the training issues.
