Its free. You can drive by and walk around the grounds but to get inside you have to make arrangements.
The island is off limits to the public always. There are no "arrangements" to tour the lighthouse. The mainland Sohier Park is always open and free. The gift shop is open 7 days per week 9am-7pm May through late October. Enjoy!
