Positive: We have stayed at this hotel for 9 years. The location is convenient and the hotel is newer which was always a plus. The free breakfast is back to normal since covid which is good. Negative: Sadly the hot tub is permanently closed for some reason. Still no room cleaning during stay since covid which is ok except there could be a better plan in place when you need additional toilet paper, towels, etc. Day staff great, night staff not so much.

I stayed at this hotel for 1 night. I have stayed here before many years ago and I really wanted to sit in a hot tub, so staying here before and from seeing it on the website I new they had one and I rember it being a nice place. However over the years it apparently has not be kept up with. The gentleman at the front desk was not very helpful and was never around when I needed help, when you try to call the front desk from your room there was no ring and no one answered so I hade to go down from the 3rd floor everytime I had a question. There was nothing in the room that went over the hotel rules....like what time the pool closed stuff like that. When I went down stairs to asked if they had any little packets of butter I was told to go look over by where they do breakfast. I did so and as I was looking a Cockroach went crawling acrosst the counter. I was very disappnted to finde the hot tub was not working where as that the point of me saying here, and the pool was not that great looking either and freezing cold. I am also questioning that there may have been bed bugs as well. I woke up Iching with some new bite marks on me that where not there when I went to bed. For the price I paid to stay here I am very unhappy with the outcome and will not be coming back to this hotel.

Positive: Location was great, close to all the places that I was going. Negative: No pool or hot tub even though it is advertised to have both. Breakfast was poor, rooms are very loud near elevator. Heater did not function properly.

We have stayed in the past and enjoyed it here once again. Staff was helpful and rooms were clean. The morning must’ve been short staffed because breakfast was delayed and couldn’t find staff for a while. Otherwise we would definitely stay here again.
