Beware - not only do they NOT bill through insurance, they tried to withdraw over $1000 dollars from my bank account at once without any sort of notification to me - then after setting up a 'payment plan' outlining equal payments every 30 days over 4 months, almost $300 was withdrawn from my bank account only 1 week apart. Yes, they will steal from you. The therapist we saw was nice, but you are unable to contact them without going through several hoops. Plus the ridiculous 'membership' fee. Our therapist ended up quitting, I don't blame her at all. There are a ton of other therapy offices taking clients right now, I recommend literally any other one besides Thriveworks.

BEWARE!!!! They purposely charge you instead of insurance and create separate accounts for minors without consent. Billing is a minimum 40min wait and then they still do not fix any insurance issues. The BBB for multiple states have lists of complaints like this. They are not BBB in PA. They send charges for appointments that never happened. Their business side of things is so bad it is borderline fraudulent. Wouldn't be surprised if it actually was in many cases. I have a counselor who helps and is a private practice. She would never charge without checking and working with insurance. Thrieworks is a terrible choice. Even if the counselers are great the business side is a complete scam, and not worth stress it would cause. Trust me do not signup!

I have worked for this company and I have seen soo much corrupt bull come from thriveworks. They take and steal from there clients. They have so many therapist who leave because the feel as though the company is making them loose clients. And it’s true. I’ve worked on teh customer service end and have seen people get robbed of hundreds from their bank accounts. Please beware!!!!!

Kenneth Fulton-Resig is an absolute gem. He has been amazing for my teenage daughter. She is transgender, and this practice has been wonderful for her. He is very knowledgeable and accepting of LGBTQ issues. I absolutely adore him and the difference he has made in her. He really seems to care about her, as a person. And communication is fantastic. As a mom that sits in the waiting room, it is very comfortable. When we walk in for her appointments, he already has my coffee waiting! I love it!
