Would they refund ticket purchase because of extreme cold weather?

yes I would, it's so beautiful, but if it's cold like it's been very hard to enjoy it

I was able to use mine the following week no problem.

They will honor the tickets for a later date if you call them. I did that, we couldn't go because of bad weather and went a week later, that was fine

I would try to contact them. I don't believe temperature will cause them to close.
