Anyone know if refunds were going to be automatic if you were planning to attend last Sunday when the power went out? Or do you need to call to request? I had ordered and paid online. Thanks!

They do

According to their Dec 4 post on Facebook, they are issuing refunds, directly to the credit card used for the purchase. Hope this helps.

I'm afraid I cannot add any useful information as an answer. I would check to see if they had a website.

I think you had to request a refund.
