You have to have a Discover pass to be in Capitol Forest, it is a 99 dollar ticket if you don't. You can buy a Discover Pass anywhere that fishing licenses are sold. It's 35 bucks or so and that is valid for a year however there's a 7 day stay limit and that's 7 days period. 7 days out of a 365 day year at one camp ground or by splitting your days between the 4 campgrounds, the 7 day rule is in accordance with the Department of Natural Resources and enforced by the Warden or basically the camp Host and any DNR employee but the warden will write a ticket for trying to overstay. And yes, you must register or that's another ticket if you don't so get a Discover Pass and basically follow the simple rules and you'll have an uneventful stay....
