Is the dump station and fresh water station working? last year I was traveling through in early April and it was not working. I am planning for our travels now and would like to know if it is worth stopping in. I cant find a contact number either to check

It actually working but check on the Washington DOT site for any updates.

Thank you for the question, from what I saw there were no signs that any of the facilities were inoperable. However the rest areas feel abandoned with no visible staff at any of them. Hope this helps.
