My husband and I love Fishtrap Resort!! He went there many many years before we ever got married. And we shall always go there from now on. Mike is always helpful and the people are very nice. Absolutely gorgeous area and fishing was amazing! The docks are excellent for fishing too...Thank you for the most amazing weekend ever!!

Very fun to take kids out on water, via renting one of there nice jon boats for the day. Bring sunscreen and bug spray. No showers here but yes on bathrooms. Night crawler hunting is good after a rain with flashlight. Very nice owners

Can I launch my boat there? Or does anyone know where I can access a boat launch to the lake?

D57 R | Apr 23, 2020
Dave Ellison | Apr 24, 2020

The launch at the resort works well for smaller/medium boats. If you have a bigger boat or aren't staying at the resort, the WDFW launch right next to the resort will be easier to use.

Do they charge??

Lorenzo Zepeda | Apr 23, 2020
Peter Carparelli | Apr 24, 2020

Yes, but a very nominal fee. Well worth it. Friendly service - minded owner operator. Historic site. Trees and lake. Roomy campsites.

Is it possible to just go fishing for the day, or must you spend a night? And, if so, how much? It's our 18th Anniversary and he loves to fish.

MIMI GNEVA | Apr 24, 2019
Mark Wallace | Apr 25, 2019

Yes , there is parking and picnic spots for folks who just want to fish. A public launch ramp too just west of the resort. And public restroom. But i would check in at the office and talk with the owner first they are very nice

Do they have showers?

Amber | Apr 24, 2019
Dianna Hoge | Apr 25, 2019

There's no showers there. Nice, clean resort rest rooms though.
