No problem for an RV. Roads are narrow in some areas so go slow in case of oncoming traffic. Pretty dusty too this time of the season
I love Jubilee lake, even if it has a washboard road and awful dust.
Yes. Any road worthy vehicle can get to Jubilee Lake, some easier than others, but I have seen everything from a truck camper to smaller class A RVs there. The road becomes dirt and washboard, but is wide and there are no hairpin turns along the way. If you can fit your RV into a camp site is a somewhat different issue though.
