Nice, quiet, out of the way campground. Vault toilet is clean. No water, bring your own. Great views. High desert, in the junipers.

Sweet campground with awesome views. A quarter mile walk to the summit offers even better ones. Clean vault toilet. Incredible experience. Thank you Bureau of Land Management for keeping our public lands accessible.

Great campground, took a long time to get to because the 10 mile dirt road is severely washboarded. It was well worth the trip, as it has wonderful panoramas of the area.

can we take small popup here? anyone know? some of the websites say tents only and then others have no such mention.

If you can fit it in a parking spot then yes, and there was one of the 6 camping spots that has a pullthrough parking area that would work. All the sites are boarded off with small logs. Also the entire road their is super washboard so it's going to be a rough ride with your popup.
