As some have mentioned, we have a policy of windows and doors closed in order to provide a safe environment for our guests and animals. This includes the oft-forgotten sunroof as well! We recommend cleaning any windows prior to your arrival to allow for better photos, and guests wishing to ride through with open windows can book a special Photo Tour experience. For your safety, NO. The animals can come up to your vehicle, with the exception of the lions and monkeys. Either you, your passengers, the animals, or your vehicle could be hurt or damaged with your windows open.
No windows must remain closed at all times and doors must also be locked at all times
No it's not allowed, however, we did and we even opened the door for better pictures. You have to watch out for the employees and of the animals..
