It's an annual site and includes water and sewer. There's a fishing pond(lake), activities, trails, etc. You can access your camper in the winter depending on the roads through the campground. There won't be water though, that is shut off before it freezes. Electricity is the responsibility of each camper and is through REC. you can either leave it on all winter or turn off in the fall and back on in the spring. It's pet friendly, but they should be on leashes or fenced in. Contact the owner for rates, but I believe there is just an annual rate, not monthly. It's a great place and very reasonably priced.
Camper can be left on your site year round. But is not open year round.It is pet friendly. Not sure on yearly rate
