The water was wonderful. The camping sites are spacious. The grass was really tall in and around our site. A weed Wacker would have been nice to have. There is no playground for the kids. So only 4 stars.

Had a great time it was our first time using a canoe but everybody was friendly out on the river and we made a few mistakes but now we know what to do next time

Will not be going back after ten years of loyalty all because some rent a cop needs to learn some manners. It was ten after twelve and as soon as he stepped out of the car he went off telling us he was going to kick us out and call the cops. We got no warning and we where just laughing playing cards not even drinking I wish they hired better help used to love this place but all it takes is one bad experience to ruin everything. Good job Mr rent a cop

Great campground they launched canoes and all floats on campsite! River access throughout the campsite, bathrooms are clean and there was hot water! We did run out of hot water the second night, but it was a Saturday and there was a lot of people there! They had a very nice gift shop and there firewood was inside that's a plus! Over all very nice campsite it's calmed down since the 90s, for those that used to go for mudding now the mud pit is a field lol. But your close to the gas station and dollar general that was very nice.
