Shabbona is a fairly big place and is for the most part rustic. Wi-fi, generally speaking, only goes out from its source, about a hundred feet. So, unless the restaurant has it; I would say no. Cell coverage is good...as you are not that far from civilization. So if your smartphone has hotspot capabilities; your good to go.
