We stopped for the night at this beautiful park. The hot showers were great. They had benches,hooks, outlets, and mirrors at different heights. The bathroom was also well maintained. We would definitely come back.

Wow. What a BEAUTIFUL park. We stayed here on one night during a cross-country trip, and wished all our parks were this beautiful, quiet, and well-maintained. Truly a gem, as others have said. Compliments to the Conservation District - you’ve done great work on this campground and site! There was electricity at our site - no water, but there are water spigots easily accessible through the campground. We were able to connect a couple of our water hoses to a nearby spigot and fill our water tank - so it worked perfectly.

What a gem of a small local county campground with electric, bathhouse and shaded spots. The host Steve was very welcoming.

Camp host is great, nice quiet place. Clean restrooms and shower house. Host very helpful with many situations, my awning quit and he lent me the tools to roll it in until the camper people made it out to see what was wrong. Pete and his son are amazingly friendly caring people and gives it the "friends" part of friends creek.
