Well I would say yes. When we went they had loner chairs at the mouth of the path. Hard to notice. Here's the thing, I'm not sure if they always have them but I'm glad they did that day. Good luck and enjoy.

At the entrance to the paths is awesome wheel chairs for use.

Several trails are wheelchair accessible but I know of no vendors nearby.

Not sure don't think so. Ton of stairs to get down close to the falls didn't see ramps for wheelchairs
