Does anyone know how the falls are in February and if they are accessible!?

They are accessible all year round

The uppers are open all year the lowers are not plowed but you can walk to them

Thinking it's year round unless snow or ice is too bad to clear, better double check

I believe you can go there anytime. But I would contact the ranger station or the DNR to make sure that you can walk through the trails in February.
