No they are not heated.....you are probably going to freeze if you're camping now......
To enjoy the natural springs of this falls, it is recommended to visit it during the Summer season, This place waters are permanently cold ( frozen during winter) and those baths are more recommended after the hiking to get to that place ( the walking distances between the visitors parking area to the falls are quite long, enough to get hot to jump into the water ) there is not campgrounds around except if traveling in a motor home
