It's about 10 feet from the parking lot and yes, it's wheelchair accessible...it's not paved by the springs but it's a hard enough surface to get to the faucets where the water comes out...
The parking is very close to the springs and there is a lot of parking. The site can be busy at times. The springs are fairly low, so there may be some difficulty accessing them once you get to them.
