How many people are you admitting at a time & is it better to come during the week rather than the weekend?

My daughter is not tall enough to meet the height requirements to go on any of the rides where I could accompany her so if I don't plan on going on any rides would I still have to pay for the amusement park admission for myself?
Do I have to pay for amusement park to get in to play mini golf go carts and arcade games? And are the gift shops and snacks in the zoo part
Can you bring in water bottles an children drinks?
Do they allow people to bring in wagons, like something my child would ride in?
