Beautiful! You definitely want the first row. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Campers are VERY close together. Full Sun but, trees would block the view.

Libbyβs Oceanside Camp is by far the best camp ground on the upper east coast. The grounds are well kept, the electrical, water, and sewer connections are all good. The bathrooms and laundry rooms are very clean also. The staff are all very friendly, helpful and pet friendly. The one and only thing that this camp ground doesnβt have is a sandy beach going out to the ocean. If you are lucky enough to book a site on the first row you wonβt be disappointed. The view is second to none over looking the Atlantic Ocean. On the first row you will have a fire pit that you can sit and watch while over looking the ocean. On the other sites there is no fire pits do to fire safety reasons. Just down the road there is a restaurant/ bar that is walking distance to the camp grounds and a sandy beach at low tide that you could take a very short drive to. You can see the beach from the camp grounds.

Honestly, I wasn't sure I would like being so close to other campers, however, the million dollar view is totally worth it! We arrived and were greeted kindly. Then, Mark, helped us (as he does each RV) back in since the spots are small and tight. We were ocean side and during high tide, if I looked out my back windows, it looked like we were on the water! The owners are lovely, the view is amazing and it it totally worth being a bit close. York and nearby towns have great restaurants and the York beaches, especially Long Sands was clean and spacious. Looking forward to my next trip to Libby's!

We have sewer, water, cable, and electric (mostly 30-amp) hookups. We welcome dogs and cats who have up-to-date shot records and are leashed when outside. Thanks!
We offer seasonal sites, but it is usually a multi year wait to get a seasonal site. We currently do not have any available.
We open the weekend of May 15. Prices, reservation policy, and the link to our reservation system can be found on our website: libbysoceancamping.com.
Hi Letty, these kinds of specifics are much easier to answer by phone. We'd love to have you give us a call at 207-363-4171. We should be able to find a spot for your second car if we know what you have in advance. Thanks so much for asking ahead of time! In general, our policy is one vehicle per site. That means one travel trailer plus the truck towing it, or one motorhome plus a support vehicle. Some sites can accommodate a second car, but it depends on the length and type of camping unit, the vehicles you are hoping to park, and what site it is. We're somewhat limited by the natural geography of the oceanfront. Thanks!
We only have RV sites for reservations. We have a couple of small van sites that we will sometimes rent to a tenter for one night or so, but we're not a good location for tents as we can't allow fires on those sites and the other sites have gravel in the middle of them for the RV pads.
Cape Neddick Campground is on the ocean and offers tenting. The other campgrounds in the York area that have tent sites are York Beach Campers' Park, Burnette's and Dixon's.
Yes. Dog rules are pretty common sense: keep your dog on a leash, pick up after him, don't leave a dog alone who barks while you are gone.
Libby's is the most wonderful place we ever stayed. They go way out their way to help. I could write a book on how nice they are. Sincerely a satisfied customer
We have weekly and seasonal sites. For rates, please email or give us a call. Thanks!
No, we do not rent RVs, just sites.
