Sadly no, but there is camping in phippsburg, hermit island is one place...
Not at the state park but hermit island is right down the road and has spots to camp.
I don't think you can camp on site by the sea. But there's a parking near at the end of the road (at the Historic place). Maybe you can sleep in your camper at this place. There's no more attractions there, but the wonderful beach! Sorry for my english!
