I don't believe they will stop you, however I would strongly recommend against it simply because the run is quite steep and it would be really tough to hold onto the camera while tubing. It's a bit steeper than the big slide found at fairs
I was able to use a chest mounted GoPro with no problems, but a DSLR would be problematic.
It's not banned, but I don't think it's practical to carry one while going down the slide. Please bringing a dslr back up without an escalator will be very hard!
I'm pretty sure they'll allow you to. I used my gopro 7 with no problems.
