Why are the beds so high, had to buy a stool so my wife could get in bed. Why do you have duvets
thick enough for an arctic winter. Why are the toilets so low, and why are the rooms so damn small.

I didn't find the bed tall, or the room to be small. The closet behind the mirror was a tricky one though. As far as the duvet, it gets very cold in the winter there.

Did you ask for a handicapped room? That's what we use.
